CSS Purger#98

It would be great to have an option to purge all unused classes. The framework is getting bigger and bigger, and many users don’t use many classes. It would still be nice not to need to disable them to maintain full compatibility with templates.

I’ve seen such addons for ACSS. There, it sometimes saves more than 50% of the code. But it would be nice to have it built into CF.
