Set our own transition-duration for theme toggle#72

It owuld be great to set our own transition duration for the theme toggle (even for the icons itself).

I see there is transition-duration 300ms !important. I’m finding it hard to override this to 0s and still have a duration for my buttons and links etc.

I would like to stay away from !important, if possible.
