Add option to sync breakpoints with Bricks#69

Get Bricks’ breakpoint values/labels from array using..

\Bricks\Breakpoints::$breakpoints

++1 This is more than conveinence, rather a major point of failure if changein one location and not the other… leading to a big mess. As per above, should be possible to sync whatever BPs have been defined inside builder. Points of Failure alone can render any tools to augment workflow (i.e. this framework) more of a hassel, so please try to eliminate POFs by syncing as many options (especially key initiall settings) as possible. -THANK YOU!!
