Add manual option for colors#46

It would be interesting to have the option to change shades and tints individually, so we could have a more granular control over the colors.

ACSS has this option. I’d appreciate if they implement this feature in Core Framework.

Even if can just set an end colour for shades and tints - or a “custom fade” type of colour … as well as the amount of steps.

Then, like advanced themer, we could even have a colouring from one colour to the next.

Granular control over colors is essential imo, would save some much time
