Wouldn’t it be great if all the websites that are using the CoreFramework synchronized with the web app?? This way I can login to my account and create a project, do all my setup, and then I can login to the client site and retrieve (from a list of sites I created in my portal) all the changes I made in the web app.
This could be built on top of the Remote Import feature to auto sync between different environments.
Example: You create a project in the web app, turn on the sharable link and import this project to your sites via remote import. There could be an auto sync toggle under Manage Project screen that would sync everything either automatically and/or manual 1 click sync.
Hi,
I have Bootstrap 5 projects and not Wordpress based. It would be fantastic if the project could be instantly synced to my remote website via @import or other sharing.
Now it’s a little more work to constantly copy+paste, just because I modify 1-2 values or add a new variable
I just bought this framework and thought one of the selling points was that I could control everything on the web, syncing it with a WordPress project, for example.
Hi Anders,
After installing the Plugin, you set the variables: colors, sizes, i.e. not on the Website, but on the Webaapp interface. It’s perfect for external systems too :)
With the Figma CoreFramework add-on, these are imported directly from Figma, so you don’t need to set this in the plugin. This is Fantastic!
Hi, if I create something on the web app and name it, once I’m done, I copy the share link and open the WordPress plugin. I paste in the URL, overwrite it, and it will be up to date. However, this means if I need to change something, I have to go back to the web app, make the changes, and repeat the sharing process. If I make changes in the plugin instead, I have to do the reverse. This feature seems designed to skip the entire sharing process by auto-syncing with the given project ID.

If you install this, you don’t need to use the Web app.
You set everything up in the Plugin on your own website.
and that @József Géza Radics is what this is about that the plugin (onsite) will sync with the coreframework website. so on paper i can edit changes both places. they sync with each other :D i can have full control over all sites i have from the coreframework site.
Yes, agree. This would be VERY convenient. Yes, I suppose at the end of each project I can export the WP version of my CF project to update the web portal version. Then I’d have up to date copies of all my projects I could then use as starting points for other projects if convenient. OR, it could sync.
