I am writing to express my concern regarding the lack of response to my refund request. According to your Terms of Service, customers are entitled to a full refund for any digital product purchased, provided the request is made within 30 days of the purchase date. I have submitted my refund request within this timeframe but have yet to receive any acknowledgment or assistance. 

I have attempted to contact your support team through multiple channels, including emails to [email protected] and messages via your support chat, but have not received any response. This lack of communication is concerning and does not align with the customer service standards expected from a legitimate business.

I kindly request immediate attention to this matter and a confirmation of my refund status. If I do not receive a response within [specify a reasonable timeframe, e.g., 7 business days], I will have to consider further actions, including filing a dispute with my payment provider and reporting this issue to consumer protection agencies.

I hope to resolve this matter amicably and promptly.
