Import of CSS file#184

Would it be possible to allow import of classes and variables from a CSS file? Essentially the reverse of the Export CSS. Ignore the color variables, focus on classes and other variables. Difficulty would be where to put the classes - in which category / section. You could dump them all in Other in a section called Import but then you would really want a way to move / organise them easily. I’m thinking of all the Elementor developers out there (like me) with lots of custom CSS in the Site Settings section. This would be a great way to get them to use CF to organise the CSS.
